Babeestor Gor needs a new axe
On the field of Iceland, after the awarding of spoils, Speth enacts the ritual of "Babeestor Gor captures the screams and lamentations of her vanquished enemies within her axe".
Since she doesn't have significant forging skills she will use a captured high quality BIG axe and imbue it with the pain and suffering of the Bronze horses as well as the molten copper bits melted by her fury and rage. She enlists as much aid as she can from her battle sisters, especially Orla if she's willing.
The axe is used by Speth to ritually torture the victim. The rage from Speth's chant heats the axe such that copper bits are used to inscribe the runes of the goddess into the flesh of the horse as the ritual progresses. The others chant the sacred war scripts of binding. The chants rise in crescendo to match the screams of the victim until Speth leaps high into the air and with a terrifying shriek cleaves the horse with such force that it explodes in a shower of bronze and flame.
Screaming Copper Axe of Cavalry Bane (the poetry of this name is lacking)

Enchant Copper?
Doesn't she have "enchant copper"?
She does, but I'm having
She does, but I'm having trouble finding her online sheet for stats. Could I get a link?
Speth sheet?
http://commonworlds.org/hqv2_character_transition
don't know how up-to-date that is.
sent
the commonworlds link is not the most current I believe. Sent the google docs link via email.
google docs
You get to the docs via google docs. Click the link in your gmail, or try https://docs.google.com/?tab=mo&authuser=0&pli=1#all
That might be for MY Docs folder, not how you get to it.
I'm going to read up on enchanting and get back to this today. But I will point out that terrorizing horses is the particular talent of a Lunar goddess. :D Doesn't mean you can't try it, just means it might get weird!
Set the scene
Nice job describing the scene.
One difference--since the horse is not sentient and cannot feel guilt, much of your magic does not work on it. Luckily, your kaylings use their power to track a wounded elite Melsorkorth rider who had crawled away from the battle. They drag him screaming into the ritual circle.
He begs and pleads for your mercy throughout your torture, but not of him--of the horse.
I'm unclear what the copper bits are doing in the above description. Please rephrase.
Here's how it works mechanically.
You need two complete victories to get a permanently enchanted magical item. The first is in Enchant Copper. The second is in whatever magic you are imbuing into the axe.
The axe's resistance is 14W. The magic's resistance is whatever rating you're trying to achieve. Yes, you may attempt to imbue it with a higher rating than you have in the feat!
Less than complete victory may create an object with unpredictable or temporary powers.
bits o' copper
Speth will not torture the horse. Chris thought the horse was sentient. Instead it will simply be sacrificed as a gift to Babeestor Gor as part of the ritual. The Melsorkorth rider will take the horse's place.
I will try to think of a better name, but you know my poetry sucks.
Copper Bits - ?
The copper bits are used to inscribe the runes of pain and vengeance on the victim. Instead of using ink Speth will use molten copper melted by the fury of the axe.
Promise of Impalement - 7W2 +5(I think this was part of my vengeance rune)(how does this apply?)
The ritual includes graphic descriptions of the 30 foot spike the victim will be impaled upon when they reaching the screaming isles.
Her Followers - Speth's followers?
Pilch (little killer) - Hot Blooded - 18
and her initiates - 15
Bronze Horses - +5 (+20 if you intend the axe to only work on bronze horses, or magical ones. Usable for the magic only.)
I intend for the axe to get a decent bonus against everything due to it's quality, and a bigger bonus against cavalry from it's magic.
Jump - 17
My description of the ritual included a mighty jump to cleave the victim.
