Khalsa goes to see his old master
I make my way to the tower, which is empty and dark. One candle is lit. The stairs are steep but the doors are open. The doorman asks if I’m known to him.
I try using an old Higher Reason proverb, but I butcher it and the doorman looks at me blankly.
So I have to name-drop my old master in order to get an audience. How emabarrasing.
I make it to the meeting place and Taroush is there and we are alone.
Toroush offers and threatens to kill me. But he doesn’t out of curiosity.
He then tells me about my visions:
Chakravartin is a great volcano. Foreigners called it Karahvakan.
If I survive there will be a moment when I will be the instrument of Taroush.
Toroush says “I’m convinced Jalymaira is the enemy of Teshnos.
They then embed a golden circlet into my skull.
I am given a ring.
"This is the ring of reasonable dispensation. Its power is to destroy unreasonable ursupation."
The moment may come when heaven and earth may be together and in that moment that they may be united and things may happen.
So I go to the party, and we are almost immediately invited up to Jalymria divan.
