Long Term Scheduling

Here's a topic for putting LONG TERM planning matters. Not "I can't make it next week" but "I'll be out the week of x and y and z 2 months from now"
This is all accounted for at http://ical.me.com/mdawson/Gaming but I thought I would post it here too, and give you guys a place to post such info.
A weekend game?
Jon says he's free 3/12, among other weekends that I am booked.
Does this or any other tentative game Saturdays work? I might be able to come to Richmond for one.
And don't forget the calendar at http://ical.me.com/mdawson/Gaming
And other long term planning
With Brad's stated goal of moving to Atlanta, we need to consider adding a new player. I'll mention it among my gaming buddies, but I'm a bit dubious anyone will rise to the bait, as none have in years aside from Kirk.
Kirk, I'd love to have Cyndi in the game!
That said, feel free to bring up possible new people you all know.
Plans Change
If Brad really does move away, it won't be anytime soon. I will be away from Monday 4/18 through Tuesday 4/26. That means missing two Mondays (4/18 & 4/25). I am not available for a Saturday game until June 11 and that may change as wedding season unfolds.
I just realized that my doctor scheduled me for something on Tuesday 4/12 that requires me to stay home the day before. When I agreed to it I did not know that it would impact me so much on Monday. I cannot travel or enjoy dinner with you guys if there is a game on 4/11. Sorry.
Timing is everything
The "Next Game" section is still unavailable as of 9:00 pm Sunday, 12/18/2011.

http://commonworlds.org/nextgame works for me.
Timing is everything
The next Monday when I might have had a conflict would be May 21st. I agreed to play for some old folks on 5/24, but the group scheduled rehearsals on 5/21 & 5/22 with a recorded dress rehearsal on 5/23 before the Thursday performance. Now the whole thing has been rescheduled for Fall. I'll let you know the date (October or November) when I find out.
