Pavis founds the Perfect City quest

Can I get an idea of how people who cross over through the veil are represented when the actual parts they are 'supposed' to play doesn't come til later on? For example, Oshun playing Joraz. Is Oshun actually in Adari? I'm not only asking so I can prepare myself, but also cause I might not be there Monday with 4 pre-teens coming to the house (its spring break for ny kids :( ) sunday and monday. I hope I wouldn't be halting the pace.

I was wondering the same thing (in terms of followers who lend support later). 50 members from the Power of the Healing Will may or may not be present in the hut at the start of the hero quest. Then there is the process of combining forces with Flintnail and his "Openhandist Mostali". I guess we'll figure it all out Monday night.

people look mythic. "Ordinary" hero world people may not look very interesting. Or perhaps your characters lack the ability to recognize their interestingness.
I glossed over Joraz--I frankly forgot.

Oshun/Joraz exited through a different door--the Cavalry Gate that led to Joraz' Kraal, where he gained permission to take Joraz' path which leads to Pavis. Though they do not appear until later, barring extremely weird happenings all of you will recognize Oshun as Joraz.

We can probably manage without Brian, though when I play Senech he gets into more trouble than usual. Heh.

ok, glad ya'll can get by without Joraz tonight. Jon, from what I recall, your 50 followers (and Speth's followers) were about in the streets of Adari - when you peeked out of the hut, they looked at you

Let Us Heed The Call

Will/Pavis: "I can tell that the time of tolerance has past. No longer am I allowed to reside in my family's home as I am. No, the mighty wings seek to change me into one of their lackeys. Far be it for me to comply. Let me be away from this place of constraints to find myself...a new home."

Magic Table (Moved by Mike--Jon's comment

Wow! What a grand adventure we had. After gourmet pizza - we won. (We actually won!) If we have opened a can of worms then they can only be bait for a future fishing expedition. Long live each and every Champion of Pavis! Against overwhelming odds (at first) our heroes "endeavored to persevere" until villains were vanquished and victory verified. Thank you one and all. Let's celebrate with another Monday night feast. I will bring some special dishes, but want to coordinate them with the House Chefs. Let me know what sort of menu you would like me to augment. Thanks.

Wow!

Mike, I'm still marvelling at the last game. We got to live a part of the story that is seldom told, the return and renewal.

Brilliantly done. You even slipped in a "do you keep your campaign promises?" and a "can you be a gracious winner?" opportunity.

Bravo!

Fine, handcrafted gaming at its finest!

In the midst of the current

In the midst of the current scenario (freezing winter) I often think of the City Quest as a perfect game/story. Well run, Mike! It shows how interactive the game really is (between player characters and the world of Glorantha). We got pretty close with the Teshnos campaign (there are still mysteries and unanswered questions), but really got to the heart of the Pavis campaign with that last adventure. It was truly fun to co-create and "live the myth".
