I don't know what those notes above mean, or what the summoning was. I don't think the Heroes ever encountered Shoga.

Perhaps it is the interaction with the broos on the spirit plane where Oshun gained Targig's Iron Barbed Spear? But that doesn't make sense, because Oshun didn't join the game until long after the wedding.

Wedding on Last Day
Last day is the last day of the year prior to the Sacred Time. A portentous time for any Orlanthi, as Sacred Time is the recreation of the holiest story in their mythology, the Lightbringer's Quest.

Senech chose this day on the eve of Sacred Time to arrange a wedding for Cam, his youngest sibling.

Several members of the household had said things to him or in his presence that, he felt, gave him permission to arrange the wedding. So he forged his father's seal on several letters of discussion to members of other clans, and ultimately settled on an adopted daughter of the Calker clan Anaz Calkerdottir, as the proper bride. The Rass had met her earlier while rescuing the Five Winds gang from Lunar troops. The Rass had convinced Anaz to open her door to her underground home just in time to hide the Five Winds there before they might be discovered by the Lunars.
