Ok while the festival is under way we have to act...
Here are a couple of suggestions for such.
Find out what Kira Sun Kian is wearing during the parade of the high and abduct him with the help of a bird blunt, and 60 street people wearing costumes just like his...
Steal into his temple just before the parade and lace his noon meal with the sleeping potion. Have a paid person to wear an elaborate custome and pretend to be Kira going on to the parade.
Get a horde of street people to invade his private residence and sneak in with them where we can hide, lace his food and then kidnap him.
What ideas do the rest of you come up with...or are you going to mope all day?!?

I like plans 2 & 3. As for number 2, who gets to dress up and pretend to be KSK? One of us? Anyone else would rat us out during interrogation. As for number 3, who gets to hire those street people and hide? I like #2 because of certain PCs ability to sneak in and hide, but I like #3 because of the confusion. Are there other good ideas? How much time is left before the parade begins?

That greasy eel is the type of person who could get us a horde of people. I think #3 is the best of the choices. Neari, Zhen and I sneak in with the crowd, while Khalsa and Erani prepare the cart we will need to hall him away. If we know what costume he is wearing during the parade then one of us could confuse the guards by running around in a like costume thru the palace while the others get him out.

Um, regarding #3 which people for some reason seem to like...
Neeri: "excuse me...excuse me...Hello? Hello? Ok, anyone who wishes to make up a horde and invade the residence of the high priest of the temple of Somash, you will be compensated of course, please step forward."
Potential horde: "Excuse me, did you say invade the private residence of the High Priest of Somash?"
Neeri: "yes."
Potential Horde: "umm...ok. That's THE high priest?"
Neeri: "yes. The Highest."
Potential Horde: "and, this High priest is of the Temple of Somash?"
Neeri: "yes."
Potential Horde: "THE Temple of Somash? the one that oversees crimes and injustices...sort of like what you want us to do?"
Neeri: "yes."
<crickets>
Neeri: "well come on now, don't everyone step forward at once!"
Now I have seedy contacts, but convincing people to storm the temple of somash sounds extremely difficult. I rather like the idea of getting people (my contacts, Mistress Irani's supporters from her temple) to create a distraction in the crowd by Kira Sun Kian, and then kidnapping him. I mean, who would try and kidnap the high priest of Somash? no one would suspect a bunch of fools to do that.
by the way, I think Mike said the festival is of the high and the low. The low starts somewhere and meets up with the high somewhere - that sounds like a great time to cause a distraction, when they meet up.

The Festival
Xhen will use his Mountain Storm Technique augmented with martial arts to focus on fighting against large groups.
Then he will meditate and clear his mind. (Won't take long.)
Then, to the swan costume! He will carry his iron staff decorated with feathers and blossoms.
I'd like Lotus Blossom to carry a basket of slippery fruit. And some strong wine, just in case.

With Hervansu's help we can make off with KSK. Irani prepares multiple "to go" portions of the sleeping recipe and prepares 2 identical wagons with caravan supplies and 10 x 10 rugs.

So...that went smooth, we got KSK out really easy (sarcasm), now we have to prepare for the come back. :shock: I think it is safe to say that Garusharp is a marked man so he is probably going to retire to the island of Jalamyria after the last part is done. Garusharp has one last thing he must do which includes going back in KSK's temple...so any temple raiders up for the challenge???
