Will wonders if the

Will wonders if the Yelmalians have reacted to the encroaching Garden in a negative way? In the back of his mind Will considers the ramifications by using Old Pavis Politics.
He himself brought back generative power from the "Green Age" for Peach Peach and Green Sky Soon. The resulting growth in the Garden seems to have reached as far as this Temple. Hopefully, no Yelmalio worshippers/pilgrims were caught up in it and hurt (or worse).
Asking the Elven wives and fiancees at Oshun's & Tiretha's reception about the subject (in terms of Sun worshippers clearing their ruins) might help Will understand what to expect. A secret planting of the seeds that Green Sky Soon gave him is also an activity he wants to complete.
(Not to be confused with oasis seeds from another bride.)

short answer

There is a foundation of amity between the Yelmalio Temple and the Aldryami. This can be strained, but it is currently not.

There has been no attempt to clear the Yelmalio Hill ruins.

That's What I Get For Thinking

The short answer is very helpful for prioritizing. Without this situation becoming another crisis the heros can stay the course of city building one stone at a time!

This answer would also allay a slightly guilty conscience (if Will had one).

Now that the heros have returned from the Wastes are they aware of Yelmalian pilgrimages from Sun County continuing to take place despite the overgrowth from the Garden?
